Spoken Interpretation:

• Spoken interpretation rates vary by language. All hourly charges include interpreting service time & round trip travel time from our interpreter’s home or business. We round all hourly charges to the nearest quarter hour. Mileage is billed to you at the current IRS rate for the State of IL ($.67/mile as of 1/1/24).  
• There is a standard 2-hour minimum for interpretation services.  
• A 20% surcharge is applied to rush orders placed with less than 24-hour notice, based on business days of M-F, 8:30-4:30 p.m.
• Cancellation of spoken language services with less than 24-hour notice (based upon our business hours of M-F 8:30-4:30) will be charged a cancellation fee of 2 hours at the hourly rate. 
• Any cancellation that takes place while our interpreter is en-route will be charged at the greater of 2 hours or actual travel time, plus mileage fees.
• Prior to any interpretation assignment, you will receive an emailed confirmation estimating all charges and clearly communicating our cancellation policy.
• Our interpretation rates vary by language and complexity of the communication. Please contact us to discuss your project.  

• Per word written language translation rates vary by language. Charges assessed based on the document with the higher word count. Technical documents are quoted upon request. Minimum translation charge of $75 applies to all orders. 
• Cost estimates for services are provided for approval prior to initiating any project.
• Cancellation of translation assignments will result in charges for any work performed. 
• A $50 surcharge is applied to rush orders requested.

Invoices are due 15 days from receipt.  We reserve the right to assess interest surcharge of 15% per month to overdue accounts.  Prices and terms may change at any time…please contact us a quote.
